The Village has a large free car park for customers, accessible during opening hours and days.

The Village has a motorbike parking area, which is accessible to all customers on opening days and times.

The Village has special parking spaces for people with disabilities. They are marked and accessible to customers with disabilities on opening days and times.

The Village has a special car park for pregnant women and families, accessible on opening days and times.

In Torino Outlet Village there are 3 providers for electric car charging: Tesla, Duferco and EnelX.

The 8 Tesla supercharger columns allow fast charging up to 275 kilometers of autonomy in just 15 minutes.

Duferco, which can be used by registering for the service, has three 22.1 kW and 3.5 kW charging columns.

EnelX, usable through dedicated App, has 10 charging columns both fast and normal power.

The Nursery is open to children from 0-3 years old.

Here, the little ones are free to play, under the care of their parents. There’s even a designated area for a diaper change and one for nursing.

While you carry on shopping, let your kids enjoy fun and exciting activities in a safe, child-friendly space.

The Playground is open to 3-10 year olds and can accommodate up to 25 children at a time.

You’ll also find an area with musical toys inside the Playground that’s open to all children visiting the Kids Area.

It is located within the Kids Area, available to all customers.

Torino Outlet Village is pet friendly, in fact it is equipped with drinking fountains for dogs and provides special kits for all customers.

Visit Torino Outlet Village and do your shopping comfortably with the Hands-free-shopping service; hand over your purchases at the Village Info Point and continue shopping freely, without carrying around your purchases. Before leaving, you can pick them up by presenting the service receipt.

In Village there is the Tax Free Shopping service, through which, if you are resident abroad in a non-EU country, you can benefit from a VAT refund on your purchases*.

The refund process is simple and fast:

- ask for the tax free form at the till
- go to the infopoint with the tax free form and your passport
- get your refund by credit card
- show the tax free form at customs (in the last country belonging to the European Community) with your purchases and passport to get your validation stamp
