Whistleblowing Reporting ex D.Lgs. 24/2023

Torino Fashion Village S.r.l. in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10th, 2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree) has established an internal reporting channel which allows to report, in writing or orally, in the utmost confidentiality, violations of national regulatory provisions, of which the reporting persons have become aware in the context of their work within the Company

The reports are addressed and handled by the Company-appointed Reporting Manager, an autonomous individual specifically trained in the field, while respecting and protecting absolute confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting parties and the content of the reports.
